Checklist #2: EPA Certified Technician

Your Duct Cleaning Company Tech should be EPA certified licensed to handle and recover refrigerants in case of mishap. Federal law requires that refrigerants be recovered according to EPA regulations, and that they be serviced only by an EPA licensed technician (according to the 1992 clean air act.)

EPA certification protects you and your family from potentially hazardous refrigerant leaks into your home. If not certified, it is technically illegal for someone to clean your coil.

All Monster Vac Tech’s are EPA Certified and licensed to handle and recover refrigerants according to EPA regulations. Demand to see proof
. . . it's the only way to protect yourself!

Ask our competitors what they would do if a leak occurs? Do they know how to pump down an AC unit? If they say they would call in another company to deal with the problem . . . it's too late. If a leak occurs, all the refrigerant will leak out of the system in as little as 1 hour! Demand they have the certification and knowledge to act immediately and protect you and your family.

If the tech has no proof of certification…STOP!…Unless you want to assume the risk.
